Hosting and Systems Management

The supplier shall provide a fully managed service for the provisioning and hosting of the physical infrastructure, systems, environment and security. The supplier shall also monitor the availability and performance of all physical and virtual infrastructures, operating systems and key Windows services of the customer. And manage all aspects of any physical/virtual network components. The supplier shall also provide access to an enterprise class IT service management system.
