- South East Shared Services Portal 3.6.1 This RFQ is being run using the online tendering portal South East Shared Services ("the Portal"). Please note, this is distinct from the Central Digital Platform, operated by the Cabinet Office. 3.6.2 Bidders who wish to submit a quotation must do so by registering as a Supplier on the Portal, searching for this opportunity and following the submission process. The Portal's address is: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sesharedservices/aspx/Home 3.6.3 All communication regarding the RFQ must be conducted through the correspondence facility within the Portal. 3.6.4 Before completing their submission, Bidders must ensure that the point of contact attached to their registered account on the Portal within the contact details screen is accurate at all times and monitored regularly as the Council and will not be under any obligation to contact Bidders by any other means.
