Station Gateway via Pagabo framework

Developer led framwork from Pagabo used to procure Muse and ECF, to progress a substantial site around Stevenage station with the aim to leverage significant investment and secure government funding to unlock transformative infrastructure. The associated Development Agreement and Option Agreement has an initial lifespan of fifteen years within which to progress community involvement, funding, planning permission and enable delivery in phases.
