Description
RMBC are seeking a suitable contract to design, manage and construct new affordable homes at two sites located on Symonds Avenue, Rawmarsh. These homes are to be brought into council stock. This is a full design and build 2 stage process including associated external works, estate roads and statutory services installations where required. This is a direct selection via EN:Procure New Build Framework. This is a stage 1 PCSA award for 11 months, with the potential to progress to stage 2 build for a further 50 months.
