Description
This Framework is for the Provision of Short Break daytime activities for children and young people with a disability residing within the Bournemouth conurbation. Sessions will be required to take place outside of school hours, during holiday periods, weekends and after school. A Framework Agreement is an agreement that sets out the terms under which individual contracts (call offs) are let during the contract period. The Tender is split into two lots: • Lot 1 - Services for 5-18 year olds • Lot 2 - Stay and Play activities, 3 - 10 year olds. Providers can apply to either or both lots as many times as required, however award for each lot is not guaranteed. The Services will be accessed via self-referral and Providers will receive the request directly from the family. Providers will allocate Short Breaks depending on matching of sessions/ activities and shall be responsible for ensuring as many children and young people as possible safely access the Service.
