Description
The City of Wolverhampton Council has commissioned a support service under the Home Office SyrianVulnerable Person Resettlement (VPR) Programme. It is our intention to resettle approximately twenty (20)people per year for the next five years. The provider shall provide the following service: Provision of suitable furnished accommodation Provision of interpretation & translation Support Planning Key working Identified housing is fit for purpose Housing related support Referral to Health Care - including access to Primary and Secondary care Access to Education - both adults & children Assessment and delivery of ESOL by an accredited provider Benefits Advice Maximising Employment & Training opportunities Wellbeing Care and support - Clothing, food, including integration into local communities, access to leisure facilities & or social groups Referral to relevant organisation to meet the identified needs of the service user General Orientation - promoting independence
