Development of the lease extension calculator and lease length checker into a single service

The Leasehold Advisory Service (Lease) is seeking a supplier to redevelop its existing lease extension calculator (https://www.lease-advice.org/calculator/) and lease length checker (https://www.lease-advice.org/check-your-lease-length/ ) into a single, integrated, user-centred digital service. The supplier will take ownership of the project, leading discovery, design and delivery. They will be responsible for ensuring both the tool and development meets the Government Service Standard and Secure by Design. Lease will provide subject matter expertise, product direction and governance oversight.
