Campsfield House Immigration Removal Centre Operator Service

Contract for the provision of operational, management, maintenance and related works and services at Campsfield House IRC. The length of the contract will be 6 years from service commencement, with options to extend, for up to a further 2 years (6 years + one or more extensions to a maximum of 2 years in total). The estimated value in this Notice is for the potential maximum term of 8 years (including optional extensions). Due to the nature of the Services under this contract the value in this Contract Award Notice is an estimate based upon assumptions made by the Authority. As such, this value may be subject to revision as the Services develop. The Contract Award value also includes the Authority's estimate of indexation uplifts, but under the terms of the Contract, the actual value of this may be different to the Authority's estimate.
