Description
Air pollution is a key challenge across the West Midlands, with the main pollutants of concern being NO2 and particulate matter (PM2.5 and PM10). The WMCA requires an air quality monitor supplier to provide up to three Fidas EN 16450 approved fine dust measurement devices. We will require one Fidas 200 and two Fidas 200E monitors. It should be noted that once the monitors are procured, they will be handed over to three Local Authorities (in Birmingham, Walsall, and Wolverhampton) who will then be responsible for all other elements, from monitor enclosure provision to maintenance, LSO, and data management duties.
