Quantity Surveyor Services- ULHT Trust Wide Roofing Infrastructure Programme Lot 2 Quantity Surveyor

As part of the current Capital Programme ULHT are looking to invest 1.8m in roofing repairs across our 3 sites. The project is to be completed by the 31st March 2021. Many of the roof areas are known to have coverings that are beyond their serviceable life, some are known to leak, but there may also be defects of which the Trust is not currently aware. The Estate is extensive in nature and there are many variations of pitched and flat roof type across the identified sites. The overall aim of the project will be to undertake such building repair or replacement works that are required to ensure the correct, weather tight performance.
