WSCC - TH - Building Maintenance Services - AWARD

The Council is seeking a prime contractor with core strengths in providing planned and reactive mechanical and engineering services, reactive building fabric maintenance works, as well as replacement works. This term maintenance contract will be procured for the benefit of the Corporate Estate. However, the Contractor will be expected to extend the contract and agreed terms to County's educational establishments, should they choose to utilise it. Services required under this contract will be for the provision of: o Activity 1 - Mechanical & Electrical - Planned Preventative Maintenance service (M&E - PPM). o Activity 2 - Mechanical & Electrical - Reactive Maintenance service (M&P - RM). o Activity 3 - Building Fabric Maintenance - Reactive Maintenance service - (BFM - RM). o Activity 4 - Mechanical, Electrical & Building Fabric Capital Maintenance - Planned Replacement Works (MEBF - PRW).
