GP Practice Performance Monitoring and Public Health Intelligence Support

To facilitate access to anonymised activity data from GP practices. Accessed primarily by the Public Health Intelligence Team, the data informs needs assessments and the commissioning of services for the London Borough of Hackney and the City of London. The service consists of three main areas: Collection and maintenance of datasets. The provision of a range of specific reports and data on an annual basis. Access to datasets for specific analysis by LB Hackney public health analysts.
