Description
The Council requires an integrated highway infrastructure asset management system to provide the necessary functionality to allow it to deliver key elements of the Transportation and Street Scene Services. The objectives of the system Asset Management software are: Provide a fully integrated infrastructure and asset management solution available to all relevant staff and selected third parties. Be robust and easy to use. Operate in real time. Be fully configurable, providing the flexibility to meet present and future needs of Transportation and Street Scene Services. Integrate where required/possible with existing/future systems. Be fully compliant with all existing, plus any new and changed, legislation and regulations. Deliver fast, efficient 'one and done' processes and service provision. Provide a comprehensive suite of operational and management information tools. Deliver to e-Government requirements. Compliance with UK Pavement Management System & Street works requirements
