Northstowe Phase 2 Design Code

Production of a design code for Northstowe Phase 2 to expand on the design approach set out in outline planning application S/2011/14/OL and inform future reserved matters submissions. The design code is required by condition 09 of the outline planning permission (draft, resolution to approve application obtained at NJDCC June 2015) - and is required in order to enable development of phase 2 to commence. Work involves liaison with Officers and Members of South Cambridgeshire District Council. Production of draft structure/contents. Production of working draft documents. Community engagement and liaison with the HCA's team of consultants working on Northstowe.
