Description
Work closely with Torbay Council, TDA, MHCLG and the Town Board to submit full, HM Treasury compliant business cases by 16th November 2021 with some projects to be the focus of work in May and June 2021. Provide support to the Council and TDA in ensuring the shovel ready schemes meet the criteria set by MHCLG. Provide support to the Council and TDA in the production of evidence to support business cases, including net present social value and benefit cost ratios for projects. Produce business cases compliant with HM Treasury and other guidance.
