Description

A call-off contract with an events management company to manage end to end events (external and internal). These events could be face to face, digital or a mix of both. A contract with a live streaming service company to ensure external delegates can join internal events (if they don't use Microsoft Teams) A delegate management system that (i) allows HMRC members to use single sign-on and is integrated with Microsoft Office (to allow easier updating of calendars) (ii) has a landing page for each event where agendas, pre-event instructions/papers can be stored and surfaced to delegates (iii) can automate key parts of the delegate management process such as: a. issuing invitations which can be either to targeted distribution lists (DL) or the system can a booking link for when a DL isn't available b. issuing of pre and post event communications c. chaser/reminder emails for no-respondents d. notifying the organisers of any special requirements e. digital registration for the onsite team
