GB-Helensburgh: OPA T259/1541/RFQ/F76 Pipeline Repairs Zone G&H

The OPA operate and maintain the F76 diesel pipeline that runs from Garelochhead OFD through HMNB Clyde and supplies the naval jetty berths. After a detailed API 570 pipeline inspection, remedial works where identified and categorised by criticality. The three category's where CRITICAL, MEDIUM, and MINOR. This document relates to work required on all the remaining MEDIUM remedial works. These are necessary for the pipeline system to remain in-service without undue risk. Only bidders that have the mandatory full Security Clearance to work on HMNB Clyde.
