It is proposed that Unitas will be assuming the role of Principal Contractor on this project, and intend to appoint a single Subcontractor to carry out the works. The works to the 81 nr properties are as follows; Installation of low-level lighting, hard-wired smoke and heat detection and mechanical extractors, painting repairs and renewal of shiplap cladding.
