One HMPPS Leadership Programme

This will be a bespoke programme for which there is no current provision. This requirement is in line with the creation of ‘One HMPPS’, which will bring front line staff from both the prison and probation services together to make the system more consistent and efficient. One HMPPS will be split into 7 different regions which will each be allocated an Area Executive Director (AED) to oversee that region, who will need to respond effectively to high expectations and demonstrate their leadership style to help make this highly important transformation a smooth process.
