Bus Tender

The University is seeking to appoint one or more transport operators to provide inter-campus shuttle buses, for our Luton and Bedford sites. The services are not run commercially but are free for all students and visitors to theUniversity of Bedfordshire on production of their staff or student ID card or visitor pass. We may later introduce a token charge and/or seek to have it registered as a public service. Lot 1 Luton Shuttle Bus Service Lot 2 Bedford Shuttle Bus Service It is a mandatory requirement that the supplier must operate locally to the University as additional buses may be required within an hour's notice. This contract is for a maximum of 5 years with yearly break clauses. The University reserves the right not to continue the service at each yearly break clause.
