DUD - Internal Painting and Decorating Works to Council Housing and Communal Areas to Flatted and Sheltered Accommodation - AWARD

Dudley MBC invites tenders for Internal Painting and Decorating Works to Council Housing and Communal areas to Flatted and Sheltered Accommodation. The contract will predominately deliver internal painting and decorating works associated with responsive repairs, programmed and void works undertaken by the Housing Maintenance Team. The contract shall also include internal decoration to communal areas to flatted properties and sheltered accommodation to maintain the 'Class O' fire retarded surfaces and internal decoration to various rooms in properties let to tenants eligible for social decorations. The contract shall also allow for dealing with the removal of graffiti to Housing Assets. It is requirement for companies tendering to have the following Mandatory accreditations: Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP) BSEN ISO 9001 Minimum Turnover of £1.75M
