RFT Services is the repairs, maintenance and facilities business within the Flagship Group. We maintain the homes and support the communities managed by Flagship Homes. We also provide these services to other local authorities and housing associations. RFT Services has undertaken a mini-competition tender for materials suppliers under the Cirrus Consortium Materials Framework. The tender was divided into 3 lots: Lot 1: General Building materials Lot 2: Plumbing & Heating materials Lot 3: Electrical materials There is potential for the area of operation to widen to other parts of the UK during the life of this contract, although no guarantees are given. The contract value contained in this notice is for information only and no guarantees are given, nor are implied as to the value or quantity of business that will be placed with successful suppliers.
