New Cross Surgery, and Middleton Park Surgery - APMS

North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) is a commissioning support service hosted by NHS England and is managing this procurement process for and on behalf of NHS England North (Yorkshire and the Humber) (the Contracting Authority) and NHS Leeds South and East Clinical Commissioning Group Partnership (LSE CCG) who are operating as a fully-delegated CCG for co-commissioning on behalf of NHS Leeds West CCG, NHS Leeds North CCG, and NHS Leeds South & East CCG.This tender opportunity is for the provision of Alternative Provider Medical Services for New Cross Surgery (List size 5,988), and Middleton Park Surgery (List size 4,703). The contract term will be for an initial period of 3 years with the option to extend the contract by a further 2 years at the discretion of the Contracting Authority and subject to satisfactory contractual and financial performance.The financial information for this procurement is as detailed in II.2.4.
