Memorial Garden

Tiptree Parish Council is inviting tenders for the construction of a Memorial Garden, from suitably qualified and experienced companies. Using an existing landscape design, the scope of the project will include; preparing the site for the provision of a water supply and electricity connection, construction of small car parking area, installing low level lighting, erection of decorative memorial wall, providing raised flowerbeds and gravel paths, provision and installation of seating areas
