ITT Purchase of ancillary chocolate kitchen machinery

Buttermilk Confections are producers of fudge, turkish delight, marzipan, and peanut brittle. Using the finest ingredients, including Cornish clotted cream, the confections are made following traditional recipes with open copper pans over direct heat. We are looking to invest in a new chocolate production line and this procurement exercise relates to this investment. The purchase of this system is part of a grant funded application process and therefore procurement will be subject to grant approval of the project as a whole.
