Development Consultancy Services for Curzon Street

High Speed Two Limited (HS2 Ltd) has awarded a call-off contract for Development Consultancy Services for Curzon Street, following a further competition under Lot 4 (Surveying and Strategic Advice) of the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) RM6168 Estate Management Services Framework. The contract has been awarded for an initial period of 36 months, including the option to extend the contract for a further 24 months (via single or multiple fixed terms, at the sole discretion of HS2 Ltd). The contract dates published in this notice relate to the initial contract term only.
