e-ITT for the provision of a Single Contractor Framework Agreement (April 2025-29) for the Replacement of Fascias, Soffits and Rainwater Goods to New Forest District Council owned properties Closing Date for Submission of Tenders 12.00 NOON, 5 MARCH 2025 to be returned electronically via the Council's e-tendering solution "Pro-Contract" hosted on the South East Business Portal (SEBP) Scope Overview: New Forest District Council (NFDC) intends to enter into a four-year Framework Contract with one contractor to develop and deliver a replacement programme for external fascias, soffits, bargeboards and rainwater goods to council owned houses and flats across the district. This may, however, be extended to include any other Council owned properties. The works may also include removal of existing asbestos containing materials (eg. soffits, undercloaks, porch soffits etc). See Appendix B - Outcome Specification for further details.
