Contract for Supply of bespoke plates containing pre-spotted capture antibodies for the 6 bovine cytokines/chemokines, together with diluents and Sulfo-Tag

APHA are performing work to (i) functionally characterise specific cell populations (NKp46+CD3+ cells) as novel targets for vaccines and (ii) identify mycobacterial lipids recognised by these cells. APHA will measure a number of different analytes produced by these cells. Using a Meso Scale Discovery plate reader. APHA will simultaneously measure 6 different bovine cytokines/chemokines that are under investigation as additional blood test readouts.
