Rural Verge Flailing CPR WAIVER

The contract provides 2 cuts throughout the year on the boroughs rural road verges, this enables road users and pedestrians safe passage on the boroughs highways and footpaths. The 1st cut commences during May with a further cut programmed for August when the grass is at its premium growing cycle. To mitigate this risk, The Council will enter into an extension contract for 12 months whilst the procurement project in undertaken and awarded in a much more sustainable, efficient and cost effective market environment.
