Tilehurst Parish Council - Refurbishment Project July 2021

Tilehurst Parish Council are currently inviting tenders for the refurbishment of an annex, located at the Calcot Centre/office building. The aim of the project is to provide a community space, enabling use by a number of diverse community groups. When providing a quotation against the specification criteria, as detailed as an attached document, please note that all works must be finished before the 31st March 2022. Specifications are subject to approval by the Council. Tenders received will be evaluated on both price and relevant experience. A floor plan and approximate measurements can be found on appendix A. All works are to be carried out in line with current Building Regulations and all relevant certification is to be issued by the end of the project. Copies of all relevant insurance certificates and licences, together with a certificate of Employers Liability will be required from the successful tenderer before the commencement of any works.
