Lot 3 Flat Roof Repair and Maintenance - Works retaining the existing roof coverings - Installing new insulation and - Installing Single Ply Membrane - Rhone Repairs (include for painting also if required) and renewal UPVC and Cast Iron - Scaffold - Roof Survey and Reports with Photographs - Fascia and Soffit repairs (include for painting also if required) and renewal - Lead work - Aerials and Satellite Dishes - Decoration Covering all of the following areas. - General Flat Roofing and Repairs including emergencies - Emergency / Roof Leaks/ Clear Roofs / Clean rhones/ gutters Lot 4 Flat Roof Replacements Specification will be confirmed in Stage 2 – Tender exercise It is anticipated that the following trades will be covered by the framework - Roofer / Slater - Joiner - Builder - Plumber - Painter - Scaffolder It is anticipated that the following plant and tools may be required but not limited to - EPL - Leo Platform Lift
