Description
The Family Learning Intervention Programme (FLIP) has a requirement for a property to offer a high quality with peaceful surroundings set in a rural location. Silver Trees is the property which was identified in the Oxfordshire village of Kennington which would fulfil those requirements and was acquired last year (2015). To enable the property to be used for its intended purpose there is a significant amount of work required to comply with current legislation. These works include the following: • Upgrade to ensure legal compliance with current regulations including fire door replacement, fire detection system, emergency lighting, fire exit signage and other H&S related works. • Repair and redecoration of the interior and exterior including the main building, link building and annexe. • Installation of local CCTV system • Complete rewire of the whole property • Replace and upgrade the hot water system • Removal of pump house • Erecting a fence around Undertake boundary instatement
