NHSLA.NAT.390 Executive Director Pathway Scheme: Interim Evaluation of Pilot (Cohort 1)

The Executive Director Pathway (EDP) is an aspirant director talent scheme which launched in June 2021 with a pilot cohort of 56 participants and which is due to complete in June 2023. Cohort 2 of EDP will launch in January 2023. An interim evaluation is required to identify early learning from the pilot cohort to create a set of recommendations to inform the design and roll out of future intakes. A number of success measures have been identified for EDP and the evaluation will align with these to demonstrate the outcomes and impact on supporting the talent pipeline to board at a regional level. This contract covers an evaluation of the pilot cohort and the production of an evaluation report against the stated objectives of the scheme.
