Description
Swindon Borough Council is seeking to commissioning an Outcome Based All-Age Direct Payment Support Service to commence on the 1st September 2026. This tender opportunity will be in the form of a 2 Stage Competitive Flexible Procedure, meaning bidders will submit Part 1 first and will then be invited to submit part 2 should they pass the Conditions of Participation set out in Stage 1. Please refer to the timeline in the section below. Swindon Borough Council is seeking to commission an Outcome Based All-Age Direct Payment Support Service supporting adults and children with their self-directed support offer through the delivery of direct payments. The aim is to develop a self-directed support community, one that is developed, led and managed by local people for local people.
