Description
The overriding requirement of the contract is for a managed service provision of emotional and psychological support to victims, survivors, witnesses and members of the public who engage with the Inquiry in its activities. The scope of the contract shall cover the work of Truth Project, Investigations, Inquiry engagement events (such as forums and seminars) and other activities, such as research interviews and subject access requests. The service requirements are for both telephone based support and face to face support.
