Decarbonisation: LCHP Phase 1 Kingsmead Boiler Replacement Consultancy RIBA Stages 1-4 (con_23739)

This is an awarded contract. The Pilot Project that this contract sits within is focused on low carbon heating replacement systems for eight pilot schools. Lead by the DfE, the scope of the pilot is to replace existing heating systems, where possible, and improve school building fabric where necessary to improve thermal efficiency. Kingsmead School were deemed unfeasible for an Air Source or Ground Source heat pump and so have been deemed feasible for a boiler replacement instead. Kingsmead School is the contracting authority for these works.
