DFID 7528 Technical Assistance for Sustaining and Accelerating Primary Health in Ethiopia (SAPHE) Contract Award

The purpose of this arrangement is to provide Technical Assistance (TA) to: (i) the Federal Ministry of Health (FMoH), its agencies and Regional Health Bureaus (RHB) for improving functionality, efficiency and quality of the primary health care units by prioritising proven and cost-effective interventions and reducing disparities in adolescent, maternal and child health outcomes; (ii) the FMoH for increasing financing, particularly domestic financing for health, and financial protection against unplanned health expenditure; (iii) DFID for assessing its health investment in Ethiopia.
