Design and construction of a new build primary school at Hibbert Road, Maidenhead, SL6 1UT. Planning application has been submitted (Reference 16/00984/FUL). The contractor will be responsible for the development of the proposed design and discharge of planning conditions. Proposed procurement is 2 stage design and build.
