E Tendering and Contract Management System

E-tendering software platform to support procurement, tendering, contract award and contract management activity. This is a joint contract between Leicestershire County Council, Leicester City Council, Nottinghamshire County Council, Nottingham City Council and Derby City Council (the Contracting Authorities). The initial contract term is five (5) years, with the option to extend for up to a further five (5) years in one-year increments (maximum total term: ten (10) years). The awarded value stated is the total estimated value across all Contracting Authorities over the maximum ten (10) year term, including implementation costs. The contract value may change during the term, as the call-off includes mechanisms that allow (subject to the approval of the five Contracting Authorities) other authorities or public bodies to join at any time, and to increase or decrease the number of licence holders.
