Tender for the Procurement of Contractor Frameworks (3 Lots)

Fermanagh and Omagh District Council invited Tenders to put in place 3 Frameworks of Main Contractor Teams for each of three Lots, 1 - Building Works, 2 - Civil Engineering Works and 3 - Outdoor Play and Recreation Works. Each Framework will provide a Main Contractor Team to deliver Capital Projects. Sub Contractors may be required depending on the projects specifics. The Main Contractor will be responsible for the performance of its sub-contractors and other members of the supply chain. The successful Main Contractor will work on Fermanagh and Omagh District Council funded and non-funded projects of varying construction works values. These projects will include, but not be limited to Architectural, Building, Civil Engineering, Public Realm, Environmental Improvements, Conservation, Play Areas, car parks, building fit outs, water recreational and sports ground construction.
