The contract is awarded under EN Procure Consultancy framework Lot 2A-Architectural Services together with Principal Designer services relating to project at Park Farm Road, Scunthorpe. Client intends to carry out the Project and wishes Consultant as Architect in connection with the Project. the Contractor to carry out and complete the design and construction of the Project. The Client has relied and will continue to rely upon the Consultant's skill and judgement in respect of all matters covered under this contract
