Property Repairs Investment Programme Review

The Council is looking to procure a consultant to review the current repairs and maintenance delivery model and contract for our c18,000 Council Homes and to make recommendations which: • Support the 5-year review process for the existing contract (which is due to expire on 31st March 2031). This contract will be fulfilled. • Provides options for future delivery models (beyond 2031), including organisational contract management options. To include procurement, cost, resource, and efficiency considerations.
