HRA - P1523 - Cavity Wall and Loft Insulation Works

To deliver cavity wall and loft insulation to approximately 150 properties per year (for two years) in Newcastle upon Tyne. Upon receipt of a referral, the Client expects the Provider to undertake an initial survey and report back findings (including a quote) before commencing any work. The Client will review and approve (as appropriate) the survey. The Provider will then undertake the work and update Your Homes Newcastle with progress. When work is complete the Provider should also produce a new Energy performance Certificate (EPC) and forward to Your Homes Newcastle.
