Framework for Audio Visual Aids (AVA) Equipment & Accessories

The Council have split their requirements for AVA Equipment and Accessories into the following Lot(s): • Lot 1 - Supply and Delivery of Smart Equipment • Lot 2 - Supply and Delivery of Promethean Equipment • Lot 3 - Supply and Delivery of Interactive Display Panel • Lot 4 - Supply and Delivery of LED Smart UHD Televisions LG • Lot 5 - Supply and Delivery of Projectors • Lot 6 - Supply and Delivery of Miscellaneous Equipment • Lot 7 - Supply and Delivery of Cabling • Lot 8 - Supply and Delivery of Mountings & Brackets • Lot 9 - Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of Specialist AVA Equipment and Accessories • Lot 10 - Supply and Delivery of Microsoft Teams Video Conferencing Systems Potential bidder(s) are able to tender for one or more Lot(s). The Council intends to appoint 3 ranked bidder(s) to Lot(s) 1 - 8 based on a Price/Quality criteria scored out of an overall 100% weighting. The Council intends to appoint the 5 highest scoring bidder(s) to Lot(s) 9 & 10, based on an evaluation process scored out of 100% quality criteria. Once bidder(s) are appointed to the Framework for Lot(s) 9 & 10, they will not be ranked. The Council will run a Further Competition process every time it has a requirement for Specialist AVA Equipment and/or Microsoft Teams Video Conferencing Systems as defined and every bidder appointed to the Framework for those Lot(s) will be invited to submit a bid.
