Supporting Families - Commissioned Family Service

Hampshire County Council has established an Open Framework of providers, under the light touch regime, who are able to provide co-ordinated support to families with multiple and complex needs across Hampshire County Council area to support them to achieve significant and sustained progress, reducing the level of professional intervention required in future and to support the development of early help services.
