Bell Street Box Space Consultancy Support

The City of Wolverhampton proposes to develop a new events venue with supporting hospitality, leisure and retail uses within the city centre at the Bell Street/Cleveland Street site, utilising converted shipping containers. The Council expects to complete the scheme and for it to be ready to open/trade during 2024. Plans have been prepared for the scheme, reflecting site constraints, engagement with the local planning authority and local highway authority and engagement with three operators of similar schemes, who have already registered interest, following a preliminary soft market testing exercise. The Council wishes to supplement the professional team, to provide support in relation to assisting the Council in identifying and securing a suitable long-term operator for the scheme.
