NHDC 0918 Provision of Electoral Printing and Postal Services

North Hertfordshire District Council (the Council) is seeking tenders for its Electoral print requirements. The successful contractor will be required to deliver a managed election and registration print, adhering to strict statutory timetables. The contract duration will be either a 3, 5 or 7 year term, which will be decided following the evaluation of tenders and identification of the most favorable contract term. Where a 3 year contract term is selected, then the contract shall be extendable by a further 1+1+1+1 (4) years. Should a 5 year contract term be selected, then the contract shall be extendable for a further 1+1 (2) years. Should a 7 year contract term be selected than there will be no extension option.
