Description
Procurement of a contractor with experience of incinerator systems is required for Phase 1 - Testing and Investigation works. The scope of works for Phase 1 is detailed below: • System familiarisation for engineers • Confirm operation and communication of all Control systems, PLC's and HMI's NOTE: Loading area HMI to be reconfigured. • Check operation of all system components: Fans, pumps, instruments, kiln rotation, filer unit, CEMS, loading equipment etc. Test in manual from the control room PC where possible • Confirm that all sensors and feedback are received at the control PC. • Produce a report To ensure the Brooksby Building meets its full operational requirements and satisfies SAPO4 licensing conditions necessary for benefits realisation.
