Description

The Authority is seeking market information from suppliers capable of delivering fully managed seasonal beach lifeguard services across multiple coastal locations within its geographical area. The purpose of this RFI is to understand market capacity, capability, and interest in providing compliant, risk‑based beach safety services, including trained lifeguard personnel, rescue equipment and vehicles, operational bases, incident management systems, and coordination with emergency and regulatory partners, under a single contract covering several high‑profile bathing beaches.
