NCC1401 Mitford Road Landslip

DIRECT AWARD VIA ENVIRONMENT AGENCY COLLABORATIVE DELIVERY FRAMEWORK (CDF) Phase 1: develop a detailed design of the landslip ready for construction. NCC requires remedial works to address a section of approximately 55 metres along the B6343 Mitford Road, adjacent to the River Wansbeck. This contract is intended to deliver a robust, long-term engineering solution that ensures the structural integrity and continued serviceability of both the carriageway and the adjacent footway, which have been compromised due to ground movement in the vicinity of the river.
